Weapons are permitted to be carried or can be left at the laundry service desk for temporary storage. They are NOT allowed to be drawn inside the tavern.Any items left with the staff or left within the building can be picked up for up to three days till it is marked property of the Nightshade.Staff can remove any person they seem unfitting or disruptive to their surroundings or the crew.The Nightshade takes no responsibility for any harm or injuries.

The Nightshade is a criminal based tavern, please note that conflict RP will include likely not so subtle references to violence and shady dealings.No Godmodding
(your character doesn't take damage/ignoring actions harmful to your character/reputations etc.)No Gaslighting
(saying something didn't happen while it clearly did)No Power/Metagaming
(your character suddenly knows things they should not/is all powerful etc.)ALWAYS ask permission if you wish to start bigger conflicts or arguments involving the Nightshade and feel unsure. This includes trying to damage the property of the tavern and its staff during opening hours. The bar staff is always open for a quick tell.If you are planning to start a fight with others (e.g.punch another character in the face) be ready to be punched back or getting kicked from the bar. It's all in good fun if you are willing and understanding of the IC consequences that will follow. ;)We won’t allow any kind of harrassment to other players.
Do NOT try to low or high key pressure the staff into rp which our rules don't allow or their character/player clearly isn't interested in.
Please don’t force any themes, fights etc.if the other party doesn’t play along.
Be sure to ask other players for consent if you feel unsure.Please note we will not allow any kind of conflict or discrimination RP that is rooted in real-life issues. We will have a close eye on any racist, queerphobic and hateful speech that seems out of place or over the top for FFXIV.

Somewhat hidden, outside in the depths of Gridania and its shrouds, the Nightshade is operated and owned by Cepheus Grimgerde.A simple tavern known by only a few for affordable drinks, homemade food and dubious owner.Weapons are permitted to be carried inside, but not to be drawn.No responsibility will be taken by the Nightshade and its owners should customers get harmed.
The Nightshade reserves the right to deny any services or ask people to leave.

Due to multiple occurrences the Nightshade decided to charge a fee of [moderate sum of Gil] for any items or valuables left in the laundry given over to the Nightshade for cleaning.
Lost and Found
For any items left after open hours. Items will be stored for three days before disposal.Any items that pose a danger to customers and the Nightshade staff will be removed and disposed IMMEDIATELY.
